Violet was born to an unknown family back in August of 1938. He showed signs of having mental disorders and disabilities at an early age. It had gotten bad when he was in his early teens, so his parents decided to admit him into a cheap mental facility so they didn't have to deal with him. He was experimented on and given many types of treatment that further worsened his mental state. This caused him to spiral further into insanity, even developing a second personality he'd talk to called 'Figment.' Figment was the one that suggested an escape plan and helped him develop it. The plan was to kill his way out of the facility. He wasn't a suspect until later—in the 50s.
Becoming a suspect meant that Violet had the cops at his tail. Which is why he decided to summon a demon and ask it to protect him... Little did he know, demons dont fucking work like that. Though, this demon actually just kinda went 'You know what? Hell yeah, free food.' and agreed to be his partner in crime. Ever since, he and Alicia (his succubus sidekick) had become inseperable. Speaking of cops, Andrew Ross, one of the most highly trained and trusted detectives in all of New York City, is the one actively going after him along with his cop friend, Joseph Said. Violet doesn't see him as a threat, rather, he has a big fat crush on the man. And, whaddya know, it's TOTALLY ONE-SIDED! Does violet care? Fuck no, he's gay as hell. Oh, and he absolutely hates Joseph because of how close he is with Andrew...
Violet is, in all honesty, a psycho. He likes to steal and kill, and often feels no remorse for anything he does. He seems almost emotionally numb most times, murder is just sport to him. Violet finds anything and everything funny, be it the cries of his newest victim or the act of killing them... He just laughs a lot. Violet does not remember much of anything about his family before the incident. He does not know his mom or dad.
Figment and Violet are two different personalities/people, but I do like to portray Figment as an exact copy of Violet. Meaning, they appear the same (despite Figment not having a physical form) but they are not! Hopefully that makes sense, I felt it was important to clarify because there may be some artworks I display that show two 'Violets.' More often than not, it's Figment and Violet. :3
FUN FACTS?! Violet is insane about buzzsaws. It's likely he'll use one if he decides to kill. Not only is it fun and loud (much like he himself is,) it's also convenient for feeding his sex demon, Alicia!
